Projects
Showcasing lightweight, optimized designs with impact.

Suspension Bracket Optimization Using Topology Optimization Techniques
Applied topology optimization in SOLIDWORKS under defined load cases and constraints, achieving ~58.6% mass reduction while maintaining structural stiffness and strength
Optimized material distribution along principal load paths, incorporating manufacturing constraints to ensure a 3D-printable, CAD-feasible design
Validated performance using SolidWorks Simulation, preserving critical functional interfaces and improving overall strength-to-weight ratio

Design and Development of a Passive Thermally-Activated Gas Fire Suppression System for Sleeper Bus Cabins
Employed low-melting thermal fuse elements to automatically release stored inert gas when local temperatures exceed 100°C, enabling rapid suppression without electrical actuation.
Developed a modular and resettable gas-release mechanism where sacrificial thermal components can be replaced after activation, while the steel pressure boundary remains intact.
